The Sewing Tree is excited to announce this year's February Vacation Camp!  It will be held during the last two weeks in February.

We will be offering Sew Camp 1, 2, and 3, as well as an All Day Sewing Adventure each week.

After School Sewing

After School Sewing

Tuesdays and Wednesdays!

Tuesdays feature our Learn To Sew program that will focus on the basics of machine sewing.  Several projects will be completed during each session.  Enrollment is ongoing and students may join at any time.

Wednesdays will focus on those students who have knowledge of the machine and intermediate sewing skills.  This class will take their sewing to the next level with opportunities for design and more creativity.

Step Into Sewing

Step Into Sewing Series

Several class times beginning in March!

This series of 8–hour courses will get you up and running, and proceed to more complicated techniques as you go.  Step 1 begins with the basics; the machine, basic stitches, various notions, etc.  Step 2 follows with different finishes and zipper techniques.  Step 3 completes the series, delving further into materials as well as how to read a pattern.

The Sewing Tree has grown!  Janith and Christine are excited to announce that The Sewing Tree has opened a Studio in Dover!  As of March, classes have begun at our newest location at 66 Third Street, Studio 201 (right above Weeksie’s Pizza).  This is an exciting time at The Sewing Tree and we thank all of you for your patience and patronage.

Congratulations Janith!

Janith is a Master Certified Sewing Educator!

Janith has become a Master Certified Sewing Educator (CSE).  She completed her credentials at the Sewing Dealer Trade Association convention in Las Vegas.  Congratulations Janith on this awesome achievement!
